The Parenting Game-Changer

that could have saved me years of conflict and confusion

I know the struggles of parenthood - having been a parent for 29 years now. After leaving a tumultuous 12-year relationship back in 1998, I became the sole parent and provider of my son Eric when he was only 2 years old. The following years were some of the toughest years of my life.

As I was figuring out the whole parenting thing while financially making ends meet, I struggled with insecurities, stress, and anger that led to impatience with my son, which led to guilt for being impatient. Oh yeah, and I was always in a hurry! I was stuck in a cycle and felt like I was never going to be able to break through my emotional and financial barriers to achieve a better life for me and my son.

That’s when I knew I had to do something, so I found a new path and immersed myself in a profound transformational journey. Even though I had a degree in Psychology, I attended over 80 seminars and retreats studying a multitude of subjects, including emotional healing, relationship dynamics, inner child work, and behavioral psychology.

As a result of my healing and transformation, I became a healthier parent because I became a healthier woman. I became more confident and released my anger and guilt. Patience became one of the greatest gifts of my healing, completely transforming my parenting style.

In Comes The Color Code!

It wasn't until years later that I discovered the Color Code through some dear friends who are also life coaches. Even though I had taken many personality assessments over the years, this one surpassed all the others due to its simplicity, its easy-to-understand yet powerful insights into myself and my son, and parenting strategies that could be implemented immediately.

The one thought that came to me repeatedly was, "This would have been a game-changer for me back when Eric was younger and I was struggling as a parent."

Even though I didn't have it back then, I have it now. Understanding each other's personality types has deepened my relationship with my son. We've both laughed and loved more with the information we each discovered through the Color Code, which continues to strengthen our bond.
